Effective July 30, 2026
Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of Sin Is The Enemy, including the website, accountability tools, AI companion, community rooms, fireteams, partner messages, downloads, store, and membership features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use account, community, partner, or AI features. The service is currently intended for adults.
What this service is—and is not
Sin Is The Enemy is a faith-based accountability platform. It does not replace a church, pastor, licensed therapist, physician, attorney, emergency responder, or other qualified professional.
The Keeper is artificial intelligence. Its responses may be incomplete, mistaken, or inappropriate. It does not speak for God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit, and it cannot diagnose, treat, forgive, or provide medical, legal, clinical, or emergency advice. You are responsible for how you use its output.
Your account
Provide an email address you control, keep credentials and signed-in devices secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Your callsign is public within community features; your account email is not intended to be public.
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access to protect the service, another person, or the community while abuse or security concerns are investigated.
Community standard
Use the service to fight the enemy, not the man. You may not:
- Threaten, exploit, harass, shame, stalk, impersonate, or expose another person.
- Post illegal material, sexual content involving minors, instructions for violence, malware, scams, spam, or another person’s private information.
- Attempt to evade moderation, access another account or private room, scrape member content, overload the service, or reverse engineer security controls.
- Use the platform as a substitute for emergency or professional care, or present AI output as professional or divine authority.
Community content may be flagged, automatically redacted, reviewed, limited, or removed. We may end access for serious or repeated violations.
Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Sin Is The Enemy a limited permission to host, process, transmit, display, and moderate that content only as needed to provide and protect the feature you chose. A post shared to a room or partner is visible to that audience. See the Privacy Policy for details and controls.
Purchases and membership
Prices, renewal terms, cancellation rules, delivery expectations, and any product-specific conditions shown at checkout apply to a purchase. Taxes and shipping may be added where required. If a paid feature or store item is not yet available, a page describing it is not a promise that it will launch on a particular date.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently free service. Safety resources and the public 988 information are not a substitute for contacting emergency professionals directly.
Intellectual property
The Sin Is The Enemy name, branding, original site design, written materials, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms allow personal use of the service; they do not transfer ownership or authorize resale, copying, or a competing service built from protected material.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Faith-based material, peer support, AI output, trackers, assessments, and downloads are informational and devotional tools, not professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, Sin Is The Enemy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reliance on user or AI content, third-party services, or conduct between members. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time, sign out, wipe partner conversations through available controls, or request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior conduct—continue after use ends.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and may be announced in the app. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service.
