Shipping

Every garment, hat and sticker is printed to order by Printful in the USA. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so nothing is ever out of stock and nothing ships until it is made for you.

Production: 2 to 7 business days after your order.
Transit: 3 to 8 business days by standard US shipping.
Cost: $5.99 flat for US orders. Free on orders of $75 or more.
Where: United States only for now. International shipping opens later.

You get an email receipt from Stripe the moment you pay and a shipping notice with tracking when your order leaves the printer.

Returns & replacements

Because each piece is made for you, we cannot take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size you'd rather have. Check the size chart on the product before you order and mail us if you're between sizes.

Misprinted, damaged or defective items are replaced free. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the problem, and a replacement goes into production. If a package is lost in transit, tell us and we reship.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Charges appear on your statement under the Stripe descriptor for our account.

Digital products

The printables in The Word are sold and delivered through Etsy. Etsy's download and refund policies apply to those purchases.

Privacy

What we collect for an order: your name, shipping address, email and what you bought. Stripe holds the payment details; Printful receives the name, address and items so it can print and ship.
What we don't do: sell or rent your information, or send marketing you didn't ask for.
The Keeper: chats are processed in the moment by AI models on our own Cloudflare infrastructure and are not stored on our servers or used for training. The conversation lives only in your browser.
Analytics: the site uses Google Analytics to count visits and purchases so we can run it well.
Deleting your data: email us and we remove what we hold, subject to records Stripe and Printful must keep for tax and fraud reasons.
