Orders
Where is my order?
Printing takes 2 to 7 business days, then 3 to 8 in transit. You get a tracking email the moment it ships. If it has been 15 business days with no tracking, mail us with your order reference (it's on your receipt and on the order page).
Misprint, damage or defect
Replaced free. Email a photo and your order reference within 30 days of delivery and a new one goes into production.
Wrong size
Everything is printed to order, so we can't exchange sizes. Sizes run true to Bella+Canvas 3001 (tees), Gildan 18000 (sweatshirts) and Gildan 18500 (hoodies); if you're between sizes, go up.
Printables
The Word is sold on Etsy. Downloads live in your Etsy account under Purchases; Etsy support handles download and refund questions.
